6) Flying Isn't Just For The Birds Anymore

"Ready...OK!" One by one, they began to do acrobatic jumps with twists and turns that could give you anyone a headache. In unison, they cheered with catchy chants. The crowd cheered loud for them. The cheerleaders brought the crowd to their feet as they were ready to do their final routine. A jolt of energy rushed through my body and hit my heart when a girl got tossed ten feet into the air. My first thought was, "wow look at her fly." It was something that you don't get to see everyday.

There were more than 50 cheerleader teams along with coaches, referees, and parents at Lowell High School's gymnasium this weekend. It held roughly about 2000 people that day. Guess who has two thumbs and gets to stamp all the cheerleaders first? THIS GUY! (not including Leonard and Sara)

Overall, it was pretty fun to meet all these new people and watch what they love to do; cheer. It was even funnier when one team was talking crap about another team or a cheerleader talking bad about her own teammate. I thought it was about to go down.
